The Graduate Program is open to Building & Construction, Project Management and Civil Engineering & Architecture students. It is a Project Management-oriented program that runs for 12 months.

The program is designed to enable graduates to attain real exposure to client-side Project Management across multiple industries.

The program includes structured learning outcomes focused on:

  • Project administration includes the facilitation, reporting and analysis of projects.
  • Cost management and the processes involved in controlling project costs.
  • Project procurement consultant engagement.
  • Project programming and status reporting.

To support them in their graduate development journey, all graduates will have a dedicated buddy, and work within a team-oriented culture and supportive environment. Importantly, we offer our graduates permanent positions from day one.

I work with my colleagues assisting them in tasks. I will minute meetings (and sometimes run them), work with the client and trades to solve problems, audit safety conditions of the site and organise upcoming works.
