Johnstaff is seeking final year students in Building & Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering & Architecture who are wanting to kickstart their careers within the industry.
Our Graduate program runs for 12 months in Project Management or Construction. This means that our graduates gain hands-on, client-side experience on a wide variety of projects and initiatives at all stages of their planning, construction and operation. Graduates work in an office based project management role with visits to construction sites.
The program is designed so that graduates get real exposure to the client-side across multiple industries - including Health, Education, Research, Aged Care, Justice, Transport, Commercial, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Project Administration, Cost reporting, quality assurance and programming reviews/assessments
I work with my colleagues assisting them in tasks. I will minute meetings (and sometimes run them), work with the client and trades to solve problems, audit safety conditions of the site and organise upcoming works.
