Johnstaff have a very flexible work environment with the standard working hours from 8am-5pm with early starts on site during the construction services rotation.

Johnstaff is very trusting. They are much more focused on achieving a result than the hours you work. It will expect you to work hard and sometimes long when needed, but when you don't need to they encourage you to take advantage of those times.
