Digital Engineering (Software Engineering, Computer Science)

Our innovative internship programme offers:
- 10-12-weeks paid, real life work experience
- An assigned buddy to job shadow and go-to for any questions
- A realistic practical preview of employment opportunities within KiwiRail
- Combination of Health & Safety and Personal Development training
- An opportunity to up-skill by gaining practical on-the-job training
- Opportunities to network and build relationships in KiwiRail
What you will need:
- Be available from November 2024 – February 2025
- Completed at least one year of studies and are working towards a relevant degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or Property
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
- A curious, practical, and innovative mindset
- Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
