Salary at KiwiRail

I was a supervisor at an orchard as my last paid employment, so I took a pay cut changing careers. I know that graduates have a range of salaries, so I am working hard to justify an increase during my 6 month review.

Pay is reasonable so far for me. However, living costs and inflation continues to go up at a fast rate. It would be great if this is taken into account more.

Remuneration is in line with other engineering graduate positions with generous raises.

Great baseline and there are six-monthly reviews.
