About the program
Commencing January 2024 in our Auckland office, our 12-month program will see you join an ANZ cohort of other ambitious Graduates. You will learn directly from and work with our Wattieโs Executive Team and other senior leaders, work across a range of functions including Sales, Foodservice, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and People & Performance and travel to our factory sites to see exactly how our products get made. As a Wattieโs Graduate, you will be adding value as a full-time employee from day one; doing real work, delivering real results and making a real impact.
