My current role is placed with the Learning and Development team. day-to-day I have enough work to complete daily, with weekly check-ins with my manager. I have a routine throughout the week. This includes check-ins, stand-up calls and other meetings with enough autonomy to feel trusted I can complete tasks myself to a good standard.

Day to day is a lot of customer meetings, talking through pricing and customer service. Building presentations and working with other departments to try to unload large quantities of excess stock that our manufacturing sites have on hand

Pros and cons of working at Kraft Heinz Company

Pros

  • As a graduate at Kraft Heinz, the level of exposure to the senior leadership team and to the wider business in general is what stood out to me.

  • The culture of the company is probably one of the highlights... Everyone has been really welcoming and supportive.

  • The grad program is a great way to progress at Kraft Heinz.

  • The company is very flexible with working hours.

  • Another great aspect of this company is the global reach, being connected internationally is such a great asset.

Cons

    • Sometimes, the work-life balance can be challenging.

    • Outdated internal data systems... which leads to widespread inefficiencies.

    • At my specific site they do not trust us enough... I feel like my site does not follow the same guidelines as others.

    • You'll be expecting to do whatever you'll need, including overtime and working over weekends.

    • The hardest part about working here is the complexity of the business and the product portfolio.
