They are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
Graduate, Hastings - 12 Sep 2024
There is active participation from the Office of Purpose that largely contribute to empowering diversity in the workplace. There are five pillars of DEI at Fujitsu ranging from Pride, Disability to indigenous people in Australia and New Zealand. They try their best to comply with external certification providers such as AWEI, WGEA etc. DEI strategies are shared with executive employees. There are frequent advisory meetings for each pillar with people from various business unit backgrounds. DEI strategies are also considered when recruitment strategies are created. Policies and Procedures are updated to insure we promote diversity and inclusivity.

The company is extremely committed to diversity, we demand it. We've had great sessions on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, I've learnt a lot of about diversity whilst being with the company

This do seem a focus that the company have invested the resources in. For example, we have workshop sessions from time to time as part of our diversity training initiatives

It has been a very inclusive environment so far and I have seen a lot of support around the business resource group which run event and training to promote awareness around the LGBTQIA+ community.

They have a full hiring process making sure of a 50/50 split of gender. It is a very diverse company and I think they approach it very well
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Sep 2024
It's a very diverse workforce from what I've seen. I've yet to be exposed to things like parental leave.

Woman majority, however diversity in ethnicities and cultures is good

There is no sign of any prejudice against diversity.
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Oct 2018
Very diverse culture in regards to race and religion, not much emphasis on it though.

Very diverse office
Midlevel, Melbourne - 06 Sep 2018
Work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and from all over the world. Lots of women managers within my department in particular. However, have a fairly high turnover, our company isn't for everyone and it can be difficult to feel like you're making a difference in the company due to the bureaucracy.
Graduate, Hasting - 06 Sep 2018
White collar in my workplace is surprisingly diverse for a manufacturing environment. In the grad program, over 50% of grads this year were female, and of varying backgrounds. Many of the grads were from Melbourne though, but that is mainly a bias due to more Melbourne-based grads applying.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2018
It is very ethnically diverse environment but also very male dominant in management team.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 05 Sep 2018
Diversity is okay, I don't feel any discrimination in the office. Referring back to the previous issue of high turnover, the company could do better in retaining experienced staff.

Minimal women in leadership positions
Midlevel, Auckland - 22 Feb 2018
No women in the local executive leadership team. It is very much a brazillian mans club. Also some leaders have issues with LGBT and treat them very poorly forcing them to leave
Experienced, Melbourne - 21 Feb 2018
very diverse workforce, site's are predominantly male dominant so it is great as a girl to have the opportunity to work on site
