Office & Workplace at Lendlease

8.3 rating for Workplace, based on 60 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
I feel comfortable at our site office. There are lots of pot plants which make the space inviting and an outdoor vegetable garden. We also have an outdoor deck space with barbeques to eat lunch. Given we have a small team, the office is a little bit small and it is hard to find a private space for meetings. However, I have seen other site offices for larger teams and this was not an issue. The dress code is very relaxed except for PPE. Employees wear jeans and a shirt/polo shirt or sometimes just a T-shirt. However, everyone must have the required PPE to visit site (steel capped boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hi-vis, boots).

A+++ Great site office in an existing building with great kitchen facilities and plenty of breakout spaces. Dress code is smart casual - button up shirt or polo with jeans, interchangeable pair of shoes and pair of work boots.

The office was located close the site and had well cleaned and maintained facilities. The dress code for myself (male) was long pants, long collard shirt and when on-site the necessary PPE.

Because the project is not a long-term site for Lendlease office, it is fair that we are in portables. However, everything you need is there including a safe and comfortable environment.

Everyone has a computer, monitor and relevant equipment in an open area with a shared kitchen where cereal/bread and beverages are provided. The dress code is casual business.

Site office was very nice for a site office. Have not spent much time at head office. Dress code smart casual - however it is not strict which is preferrable.

Quite a casual dress code (jeans and jumpers are okay). Love the space, would like more food and snack options.

The Barangaroo office is beautiful, the site office for the type of building is very good. Close to the site, air con, kitchen with a very laid-back atmosphere

The facilities on site are basic but have everything we need. I haven't spent much time in head office. On site the dress code is generally nice jeans and top. professional but relaxed

We recently changed our dress code to 'business casual', which is great because at site I wear jeans and a buttoned shirt with work boots.

The 'office of the future' is a well setup facility, the dress code is standard Lendlease uniform i.e. button up shirt, long pants and boots.

I am based in a site office. The site offices could be greatly improved. There is no strict dress code, I am based on site.

Depends if you work on site (average) or in the office (awesome).

Super office although we're just about to move to an allegedly even better one. Company has just adopted a "business casual" dress code. Facilities here are great and the buildings are world-class

Office is nice, location is ideal. Bathroom facilities are inadequate. Dress code is neat casual.

The offices are very similar, however hierarchical aspects are evident in layout, dress codes etc. The office locations are dependent on active projects, however very Sydney-centric, which is also aligned with opportunities to grow within the company. We need more lockers and showers, however appreciate a stocked kitchen filled with healthy snacks and drinks.
