Looking after the safety, health and wellbeing of our people is central to how we do business. We recognise that care, trust and inclusion are the foundations for building a strong team-based culture.

In the last few years, our approach to safety, health and wellbeing (SH&W) has evolved. Quite simply, we are taking a more targeted approach for identifying, assessing and solving physical and mental risks.

To do this, we are involving our people in both the conversation and solution. Talking and listening to our team helps us gain a deeper understanding about how work is really done and opens the door to having honest conversations about what we can do to make work better, easier and safer for everyone.

Through this evolution we are uncovering risks, solving problems, and innovating how we work.

  • At this site there are multiple good mentors that continuously find time to help your development and growth.

Cons

    • There is no guaranteed employment post-graduation, and the lack of clear career progression paths can leave graduates uncertain about their future within the company.

    • The onboarding process can be inconsistent, with some graduates feeling there is not enough planned work or guidance, leading to periods of confusion and downtime.
