Culture at Linfox ANZ

The culture is fantastic at linfox, one of the primary reasons why i chose to work for linfox is the culture and workplace environment. Such wonderful people, who you can have a genuine conversation with at work and outside. The structure seems to include a lot of people doubling up on certain roles, slightly confusing to understand why. There are power imbalances which do occur and it sad, particularly those in a higher position. However, teamwork is very good, everyone gets along for the most part.

Relatively informal within the office. Hierarchy is clear and adhered to. After hours is kept un-interrupted by work requirements.

I found the culture at this site works quite well between white- and blue-collar workers, whilst on the floor there is a clear hierarchy and process that gets followed but there isn't a fear to raise concerns or talk to management or supervisors. From what i've seen it is a very healthy dynamic that has been built.

As a graduate i have never been expected to work outside of work hours from home. Occasionally i have had to stay back late when there was a lot of work. But i have also had times of going home early due to a lower workload - only 1hr at most. In the departments i have been a part of the teamwork and collaboration have been excellent. My colleagues are always willing to assist me with extra work, learning, and any issue that may have arisen.

The culture in office was very positive, there is a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration amongst the office, there is ease of communication and a clear positive relationship between everyone this is mostly irrespective of hierarchy, however when working with floor management, they do sense a differential between the powers of them and upper management, and i believe these managers should be allowed further input and knowledge on decisions before being forced to enact them.

Everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and perspectives, there is excellent collaboration and open communication, and you will always receive support when working in a team. The team will also express gratitude and acknowledgement to you for your efforts. Outside of work there is plenty of inclusion to social connections as well as wellness and employee support provided by the company.

Where i'm currently placed the work place culture is fantastic. There is open and transparent communication and collaboration between all and respect and inclusion both inside and outside office hours. There is also strong leadership and management as well as recognition and appreciation for those making a positive impact. Being within a large cooperate company there is a large hierarchy of leadership positions but in line with the company's values there is constant cooperation and teamwork.

The culture in my experience is pretty good overall. It is mainly work- related and I don't believe that friendships extend past office hours too often. Being one of the youngest people in my workplace, I still feel comfortable with my team and the work environment.

The culture within the company is very strong. Within my team, there's a great emphasis on supporting each other and achieving together. This primarily remains within the work environment, however, the team as a whole gets along very well. In terms of structure, it is quite flat, which assists in collaboration across the team.
