Working Hours at Linfox ANZ

Previous site was quite flexible, new site is very rigid and not understandable of peoples external requirements and commitments. Because of this, really vital people are leaving as they aren't able to have that work life balance which they previously had and were grateful for, but never abused.

Chairman is very against wfh - thus we only occasionally get to work from home. Hours are generally 9-5pm with some days stretching over where required. Other members within the commercial team often did 9-6/7pm. Somewhat flexible start times.

Between 8am-6pm hours are when i work. Somewhat flexible and not really too.

The company is as flexible as they can be, being in the industry we're in obviously there is a necessity to be on site. However, as long as notice is given, and cover is available one-off shifts to schedules have been allowed

Work hours aren't really flexible due to the nature of the work.

When i was working with floor management, it was a stricter 8 hour workday without much flexibility to come in earlier/later however this is due to the type of work being completed. When working with upper management, this was more flexible

If your job is done, there's no need to linger around. Shouldn't be anything major outstanding before you leave. Typically work can finish within an 8 hr day though.

I generally work from 9-5:30, some days finishing at 5 if I completed all my work on time. I also receive one day from home which I enjoy and was lucky as my manager was kind enough to allow me one day as usually graduates are not supposed to receive this.
