 About the Internship 

  • Commencing: July 2024
  • Duration: 6-months part time, for 3-4 days a week – flexible around your study schedule
  • Immerse yourself into the business with hands on experience!
  • Exposure to the corporate environment and real business responsibilities
  • Be allocated a buddy from the Management Trainee program and network with top talent.
  • Develop essential skills to help you path your way into the L’Oréal Management Trainee (Graduate) Program 
  • Opportunities to work across different divisions (Corporate, CPD, PPD, ACD, LUXE)

 About you 

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial, and innovative interns to help create the future of Beauty. You will be exposed to real opportunities to forge your own path and develop key skills that will assist you throughout your future. Curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit are vital for you to succeed in the internship role. 
   
Must have  

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Confident to network and collaborate with diverse individuals.
  • An open mindset and agility to embrace risks and resilience to navigate uncertainty.
  • Strong focus on data and comfortable working in Excel
  • Ambitious with a desire to go beyond!
  • Please note internships are open to international students

  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a video interview & Psychometric testing
  • If successful, you will be invited to the L'Oréal Head Office for an interview

    • Fast pace (but also a great thing!)

    • Occasionally too few staff for a team, leading to overwork.

    • The Big-Corp nature of the group makes it difficult to innovate.
