Pros and cons of working at L'Oréal Australia and New Zealand

Pros

  • L'Oréal has a positive workplace culture with emphasis on friendliness, support and not taking things too seriously!

  • Great culture and team environment. Lively and fast-paced working environment.

  • The people you work with are always supportive and encouraging.

  • The company nurtures talent, often looking to promote from within.

  • The amazing brands you get to work with.

Cons

    • Fast pace (but also a great thing!)

    • Occasionally too few staff for a team, leading to overwork.

    • The Big-Corp nature of the group makes it difficult to innovate.

    • Work/life balance from time to time (but expected), team culture differs between teams (some extremely lovely and some inconsistent).

    • Some lack of clear process involved with getting work/tasks complete.
