Are you passionate about your career and becoming a future leader? The MECCA Brands Graduate Program is an all-access pass to developing yourself both professionally and personally within our fast-growing business!

We are looking for highly driven and innovative graduates who aren’t afraid to dive deep into our two-year accelerated program. This program is open to everyone, you don’t need a particular degree as we are looking for a range of qualifications and whatever your academic background, you will find plenty of opportunities to drive change, innovate and go places!

As part of our program, you will complete four rotations in different departments, each being approximately six months. The rotations will allow you to explore areas of the business you are passionate about and where you would ideally like to find an ongoing role at the end of the program.

This is an opportunity to expose yourself to a variety of work and practical experiences within our Support Centre and to launch your career as one of our future game changers!

Eligibility To Apply:

If you answer ‘yes’ to each of the following questions, we would love to receive your application:

• Do you (or by the end of this year, will you) hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university?
• Do you have a weighted average mark of 65 or more?
• Are you based in Melbourne or are you willing to relocate to Melbourne for the program before commencement?
• Are you an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or do you hold an Australian Permanent Residency?
• Do you have previous or current experience working in one of our MECCA stores? If not, are you available from October 2022 to January 2023 to work as a Summer Host in one of your local stores?

Commencement Dates

For graduates with current or past experience in a MECCA Brands store, the program starts in our Support Centre in Melbourne in late January/early February 2023 (exact dates will be confirmed with successful applicants).

For graduates without in-store MECCA experience, you will receive in-store training in October 2022. From here you will join us in your local MECCA store as a Summer Store Casual Host until January 2023. If you are interested in joining our in-store team before October, even better!

As well as providing your resume and academic transcript, we also ask different questions to get to know you a little better.
