With the customer at the forefront of our growth strategy, as a Digital Business Analyst, you will be passionate about defining and shipping exceptional digital products and experiences that delight their customers. As part of the Digital Product team, you will be a crucial player in helping to deliver the product vision, roadmap, and customer experience strategy across MECCA’s digital platforms, to ultimately help their customers look and feel their best.
Partnering with the Product Owner, you will generate functional and business requirements to develop briefs and produce user story maps as well as provide support for plan releases. As an Agile champion, you will guide the development teams to understand the best Agile and Scrum practices. With your servant-leader mindset, plus experience in agile ways of working and values, you will help the squad on their mission to become self-organising and a high-performing team.
