Aspects of the job are commission and bonus based. Most people do really well and earn significantly more than grad jobs anywhere else.

Good, salary model is based on performance. When you take great pride in your output this is not an issue

Always can be done a little better, but with a massive global sales/software company you need to expect changes on this front quite regularly.
