The process at the start is quite heavy. The learning curve is steep. But they ensure that they stick with you to help get you across the line.

I have been to both internal and external training. I most enjoyed the Clifton Strengths Training with Rachel which gave some direction as to how we can best utilise our strongest skills in the workplace.

It really varies - some technical training is lacking however there is definitely people investment here so there's lots of training on executive presence, leadership, etc.
