Your role

As a Human Resources intern, you will spend your summer working on key HR projects and initiatives across the Firm and get exposed to the various HR functions and processes existing in a leading global investment bank. You will own and drive projects like organizing a cross-functional career marketing event, developing a guide for new deployment managers for India Global Center, and standardizing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all India entities. Work assignments will be exciting, challenging, and with a steep learning curve.

Training and Development 

The MSFS Internship Program has been designed to develop highly motivated professionals by providing a stimulating and supportive environment to understand the business and achieve maximum potential.  On joining, you will go through a training program that covers business process and systems training.

Summer Associates spend eight-ten weeks working on live projects, understanding the business workings and how Investor Services supports Morgan Stanley and its businesses.

Work-Life Balance

Monday to Friday from 11.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. IST with flexibility on standard working hours for time-sensitive matters (including Indian public holidays). The company operates five days a week with an average of 55 working hours.
