Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program (Apr 2025)

Your role

As an Investment Banking Summer Intern, you'll participate in an 8–10-week program designed to deepen your understanding of the critical role Investment Banking plays at the firm. You'll gain broad exposure to various functions within the Investment Banking Division (IBD) and benefit from comprehensive training sessions aimed at enhancing your professional development and skill set. The program starts with a firmwide induction day, providing an overview of Morgan Stanley’s business, structure, and strategy, as well as essential interpersonal skills for a smooth transition from campus to corporate life.
