Your role

Primary responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance Testing team in carrying out specific reviews or monitoring checks across all regions.
• Participate in different stages of compliance testing reviews and prepare work papers.
• Participate in BU meetings and document minutes of the meetings.
• Assist in preparing written procedures in line with applicable policies/regulations.
• Design MIS and reports for stakeholders and senior management consumption.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on any overdue and coming-due action items.
• Assist in preparing Compliance Testing MI’s and other dashboards for all lines of business across regions.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Prepare materials for periodic meetings with Business Unit stakeholders and Senior Management.

• Must be able to work with various teams in a professional environment

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Should be able to perform data analysis
• Should be willing to provide support to different testing teams as and when required
• Passion and desire to learn about the Investment Banking industry and Compliance audits
• Ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire information
