They have an open door policy. WE get setup with a mentor and a training buddy when we first start.

Any manager I need to speak to is always willing to help. Considering most managers here have worked at the firm for a long time, they are also great mentors.

I have a great manager. Hands on but gives me the opportunity to learn. Explains things very clearly. Each month we have an all staff announcements which recognises all the good things happening in the firm. It goes through new business wins and employees of the month. Drinks and food are also put on for everyone.

Managers are always very approachable.

My manager is great! She's always approachable, no matter how busy she is.
