      Partmaster is New Zealand's largest kiwi owned Automotive Parts Specialist, with 16 branches nationwide. We are a dynamic, fast paced and passionate tribe, servicing the Automotive Trade with aftermarket spare parts & consumables.

      We are looking for someone to be a part of our Auckland growth plan and help assist our customers with over the phone support, order processing, and technical advice.

      Based in Rosebank Rd and reporting into the Trade Team Supervisor, this role would be ideal for someone who enjoys the automotive industry while sitting behind a desk off the tools.

      Good communication skills, computer literacy, ERP systems knowledge, and an automotive background will be key in this position.

      The ability to work in a team is absolutely essential, our branches will be relying on you to effectively communicate with and assist their workshop customers.

      General tasks include:

      • Handling order, inventory, & pricing queries over the phone
      • Problem solving, technical support
      • Customer satisfaction!
      • Liaising with branches and suppliers to ensure our clients have a great experience

      Skills Required:

      • MS Navision experience would be ideal, but not essential.
      • Automotive knowledge
      • Excellent phone manner / CS skills
      • Sense of humour is a must! We are a fun, dedicated tribe
