      The role

      • We have a massive task ahead of us - building over 700 homes:
      • You'll be hands-on as a carpenter and no two days will be the same
      • Your focus is to get it right the first time and protect yourself and your team
      • You will be an absolute pro at all things building and carpentry and you will be more than happy to share your knowledge with others
      • Competent as a residential carpenter
      • Complete safety checks on all equipment, tools and designated work areas
      • Every day you will find solutions and motivate your teammates to go from good to great

      Your experience/What you know

      • Dedicated to all things Health, Safety and Wellbeing
      • Relevant trade certificate/qualification
      • 3+ years of experience in a similar or relevant field
      • Proven experience as a residential carpenter
      • Expert knowledge of the building code
      • A pro in managing unexpected situations (timeframes, weather, priorities)
      • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
      • Sharp decision making, especially when under pressure
