What is the Vacation Program?

Start building your network and skills that will give you the future you want through the PwC Vacation Program!

If you're in your second last (penultimate) year of graduate or postgraduate studies, this program is designed for you. The program runs over four to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full-time work experience during the university break.

Your Future Team
In the Customer Tech Platforms - Microsoft team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems such as managing multiple communication channels, fragmented customer data, and limited capabilities. Additionally, unpredictable external events can disrupt operations and affect customer engagement. The increasing volume and complexity of data, coupled with the need to leverage AI for actionable insights, further complicate these challenges. These issues make it difficult for organisations to stay competitive and meet rising customer expectations.[1] [2] You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Financial Services,Private Equity, Energy, Utilities and Resources, Professional Services and Retail and Consumer. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.

What will a normal day look like?

• Work with clients across multiple industries to dissect their issues, breaking down their problems into requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Work with an industry leading team of experts to leverage Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform to deliver world class solutions, developing and contributing to all aspects of solution delivery.
• Tackle a variety of unique challenges, such as product demonstrations, working across the global network, and being hands-on with the latest technological advances.

As a vacationer in Customer Tech Platforms - Microsoft, you’ll need a degree in Technology, Engineering, Commerce or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated program dates are November 25th, 2024 to January 24th, 2025.
