Our Graduate Program
Our Commercial Graduate Program is a 2-3 year rotational program designed to give you real responsibility from day one, along with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills! As a Reckitt Graduate, you will be centre stage, making your mark on our brands and driving your own global career. Our Graduate program offers the following:
- Rotation program in eCommerce Sales & Digital Marketing – our fastest growing area and focus for future years!

Essential Requirements
- Must be able to work Full Time
- You must have graduated in the last 3 years, i.e. 2023, 2022, 2021
- Completion of your degree with a minimum credit average
- Full working rights

Steep learning curve initially.
The hours - the nature of the business means that you are working relatively long hours, but the office is a fun place to be so time doesn't drag.
Being in control means there's no one else to blame when things go wrong.
The speed at which we work - exceptionally fast-paced.
Workload can be slightly overwhelming and the processes can definitely be a bit more streamlined.
