At Reckitt, our fight is to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right, not a privilege.

We put people’s lives and needs at the heart of our business. We continually seek out new opportunities to make better products that empower everyone to take their health into their own hands and homes. We act with responsibility and integrity. Doing what’s right for the world is what’s right for our business.

Our purpose is to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

About Reckitt

We are the world’s leading consumer health and hygiene company with offices in over 60 countries and products available in nearly 200 countries. However, we’re more than just a company. We’re a growing community of over 43,000 diverse and talented entrepreneurs, committed to sustainably redefining the world of consumer health and hygiene.

We are achievers, with a desire to build shared success by creating better products, better designs, better consumer experiences and better value. Our entrepreneurial environment encourages curiosity and ownership, allowing us to move with ambition and pace. We see this success embodied in our hygiene brands including Finish, Vanish, Mortein, Glen 20, Pine O Cleen and Airwick.

Our Internship Program

Our Commercial Internship program is designed to provide successful candidates with the opportunity to learn and develop through function-specific projects in Sales, eCommerce or Marketing. Our projects are aligned with our brand purpose and commercial strategy. With real timelines and clear responsibilities, interns can have a meaningful impact from Day 1.

Our Internships offer:

  • An insight into working within a global FMCG organisation
  • Learning and development supported by global development programs
  • Dedicated mentorship and buddy support
  • Hybrid work model (in-office and work from home) to balance flexibility and connection
  • Potential for fast-tracked progression into the graduate program

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be offered a role in our Commercial Graduate Program. Commencing at degree completion, our Graduate Program offers you the chance to challenge yourself and develop the commercial acumen required to thrive in the dynamic world of FMCG.  You will take ownership of projects and make a real contribution to Reckitt.

Do you want to join us in our relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world? I feel that I have significantly more responsibility and independence than I would as a graduate in a similar role in the industry.
