I feel that I have significantly more responsibility and independence than I would as a graduate in a similar role in the industry.

Pros and cons of working at Reckitt Australia & New Zealand

Pros

  • Ownership over big projects! Continuously pushing me to be at my best through support and training. Being able to still add immense amounts of value to the team despite being in a junior role.

  • The working culture and the close-knit teams that do not operate on a hierarchy.

  • People - great culture that is fun and young

  • Love the fast-paced nature of the work, strong ownership, lots of opportunity, constantly learning, varied work, fun culture and team.

Cons

    • Steep learning curve initially.

    • The hours - the nature of the business means that you are working relatively long hours, but the office is a fun place to be so time doesn't drag.
