Responsibilities:

  1. Project Involvement: Work on a variety of exciting construction projects alongside our team, contributing to their successful completion.
  2. Carpentry Skills: Utilize your carpentry skills and expertise to perform tasks related to woodworking, framing, finishing, and other carpentry duties as required.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including other carpenters, contractors, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Quality Craftsmanship: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  5. Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  6. Efficiency: Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  7. Tools and Equipment: Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Carpentry Experience: Previous experience in carpentry or woodworking is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with a strong interest and willingness to learn.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Display a strong work ethic, dedication, and reliability in performing job responsibilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively, and take direction from supervisors.
  • Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety on the job site and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
