About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for law graduates to join our 2025 law clerk programme in our Real Estate and Construction team based in Auckland.
Our market-leading Real Estate and Construction practice provides advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects. The team advise on commercial leasing, property development and major subdivisions, as well as land acquisitions, hotel management arrangements and the agricultural and forestry sectors. The team provides advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, and infrastructure providers. Acting for large developers and contractors, as well as being appointed by receivers and liquidators to provide advice arising from high-profile construction sector insolvencies.
