1. Recognize the signs of stress poor sleep, irritability, physical aches, and low mood are a few common indicators of stress.

2. Commit to daily exercise a short 7-minute home workout or stretching routine can help elevate your mood.

3. Put things into perspective assess your sources of stress. Are some of the inconveniences that won’t matter in the long run?

4. Manage your time. It’s OK to say no to meetings that could be emailed. Block your calendar and take breaks.

5. Reach out to someone. Don’t isolate yourself – call a friend or colleague. SAP employees can take advantage of the Employee Assistance Program for support.
