It's government, the ministry of plenty. Our organisation's purpose is to give people money. CSR initiatives don't really apply to us so I'm putting this as a 5.
Graduate, Perth - 17 Jul 2024
Not sure but it is Services Australia so I think they have the social responsibility part down.

SA is directly linked to the Australian Public and is held to account quite fervently so I would say we are putting a great deal of focus on meeting those community expectations.
Completed Graduate Degree, Canberra - 04 Jul 2024
I would not say they are CSR. Staff speak up when they feel agency is not responsible. Digital platforms have greatly assisted. When face-to-face staff received new uniforms they were going to 'dispose of' the old ones. Staff spoke up and they were then recycled.
Grad and experienced service officer, Toowoomba - 02 Jul 2024

I have personally worked on the following: Disability Inclusion Agent Disability Inclusion Alliance Autistic Advocacy (staff group) Disability Graduates Support Group (staff group) Census Working Group (two different times) Branch Wellbeing Committee Awards and Recognition Committee As well as a couple of dozen instances of individual advocacy While I participate in these, and even lead some of them, I am struggling to list any actual quantifiable outcomes of my efforts in these fields other than individual advocacy. The hierarchy structure tends to negate the rel opportunity for improvements.

In addition to regular social events and chat groups within the agency, my team indulges in 'Mandatory Frivolity' every Friday, where we play games, do quizes and socialise with each other remotely as a team.

Not sure

Support resources to those in need, payments and services to the Australian people. Personally I have worked on communications projects to bring awareness for and to carers in Australia, to the payments and resources we offer to support them. Just as an example.
Graduate, Brisbane - 03 Nov 2023
I would need to do further research to be able to offer relevant feedback in this regard.
Graduate, Tweed Heads - 31 Oct 2023
Because the agency is very broad - I found it challenging to work on projects not located in Adelaide. I have outlined why this is i.e. lack of internal communication
