2022 Customer Service (Rolling Intake)

SSA is a wholesaler of automotive accessories, headquartered in Auckland and would like to offer the following Customer Service role to tertiary students who are interested to work on a casual basis.

• Create and process orders from customers through phone calls, walks-in, emails and text messages.
• Ensure orders are deliver promptly by liaising with freight companies and collect payment as and when required.
• Also provide support to the warehouse by order picking for customers and thus, the ability to do heavy lifting is required.

Prefer the incumbent to work Thursdays or Fridays and throughout the semester breaks.

On-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.
