My day to day mainly includes working on innovation/engineering/uplift projects, up until recently.
Market research, evaluating strategic ambitions, building presentations, storylines and narratives.
The day-to-day responsibilities vary in each rotation. From my experience, most of the week is spent working on a project that the team has prioritised, while also spending some time on a task on another project. I also try to find at least a few hours each week to prioritise my professional development as a way to upskill.

Here at TAL we look for graduates who want to bring their passion and skills to a business that makes a real difference to the lives of Australians.
The culture in the company is good. Everyone is nice and willing to help each other.
Very flexible. 9-5 working hours expected in general.
The people at TAL are always supportive and ready to give great opportunities to Graduates.
The opportunity to work across multiple business functions.
Great facilities, modern and clean - free coffee, fruit and other snacks provided. Free Gym.
Getting access to required software and the processes for requesting them can feel daunting as they can take an extremely long time.
Because the culture at TAL is great, often there is less movement here...more competition for internal promotions.
The lack of experience and context around regulatory frameworks, terminology, and technical knowledge is an ongoing challenge and maybe difficult to gauge what is going on without understanding everything.
