Things have happened that I cannot comment on.

our Diversity equity and inclusion manager at TAL does a fantastic job at this. We have multiple events a year to celebrate national days to support diversity.

TAL is very diverse in culture and LGBT community. In my team, child care such as picking up children from school, and working from home to take care of them when they're sick aren't an issue at all.

We are extremely committed to diversity with Diversity and Inclusion committees; TAL Pride support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, community events and volunteering days, etc. Multiple people have flexible working arrangements to suit their lifestyles as parents of young children, or caring after elderly parents etc.

Lots! As a Grad I have been able to volunteer for several initiatives that TAL runs to support the community. They also match the amount up to $2000, if you raise money for a charity. I am doing City to Surf this weekend and I've raised $700 for Cancer Research, and TAL will match, making my fund raising efforts $1400!

TAL has partnered with Career Trackers which supports Indigenous young adults to attend and graduate from university with high marks and gain industry experience for a bright professional future. TAL is offering internships for students in this program.

Host sessions for people with less privileged backgrounds

Establish a diverse workplace mindset through education and inclusive initiatives, meaning when recruiters create ads, we ensure to let applicants know that people of all backgrounds can apply and be considered equally.
