Successful graduates will join the TCS team in a trainee role supporting various functions on real projects. Graduates will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills supporting senior associates in Digital technology led programs which may include but not limited to Cloud, DevOps, Big Data, Mobility, Analytics, AI etc.

Successful candidates MUST have:
- An Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in 2020 and 2021 (You should be qualified in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Digital subjects or related degrees).
- A willingness to learn and should be flexible to explore different career options in the field of Business and IT.

As a graduate, I initially started off with an intensive one month training program, teaching us essential business and technical skills. I was then on-boarded with my client, where I will spend a rotation of at least 6 months with my allocated team. My client and their company have been very inclusive of me, and there have been sufficient training to ensure I can carry out my daily duties. My day-to-day responsibilities vary, but mostly include carrying out project work, business-as-usual activities, and having meeting with stakeholders.

The great thing about working at TCS is the level of support they provide and the great systems and people they have in place at different departments to help you succeed in your work. I love the support and the great smiles on peoples faces at the office.

Company internal website not user friendly
I could not think of a worst thing working there but if anything it could be that Covid-19 has restricted us to just work from home.
