We are seeking the following:
Talent Acquisition Graduate
You'll be working across a diverse range of recruitment activities and add value to the businesses through:
- Initiating the hiring process by understanding the business needs
- Developing tailored sourcing strategies and writing engaging job ads that speak directly to the target candidate audience.
- Reviewing and shortlisting candidate applications and interviewing to determine the best fit for the organisation
- Creating insightful reports to clients and manager on candidate and talent acquisition activity.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure compliance for recruitment processes is complete
We are looking for motivated and results driven graduate who are keen to understand the Talent Acquisition function and start their career in HR.
Time management, prioritisation and adaptability are key attributes which will make you successful in this role.
Successful candidates MUST have:
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in 2020 and 2021 (You should be qualified in Information Technology/ Information Systems or any other related degrees).

As a graduate, I initially started off with an intensive one month training program, teaching us essential business and technical skills. I was then on-boarded with my client, where I will spend a rotation of at least 6 months with my allocated team. My client and their company have been very inclusive of me, and there have been sufficient training to ensure I can carry out my daily duties. My day-to-day responsibilities vary, but mostly include carrying out project work, business-as-usual activities, and having meeting with stakeholders.

I could not think of a worst thing working there but if anything it could be that Covid-19 has restricted us to just work from home.
