The role:

We are looking to find a motivated Junior Systems Engineer who will provide technical expertise through predominately field support and remote support, in a role that provides plenty of diversity. The Systems Engineer will work with a team of talented Engineers to provide Business IT’s loyal clientele with technology-savvy solutions across all areas of Managed IT support, procurement, cyber security, backup provisioning, and cloud and hosting solutions.

About you: You will have excellent communication skills along with a drive to learn new technology, and the ability to create trusted working relationships within the team and with our clientele. You will be confident in your decision-making and have a willingness to contribute to the team’s success, growth, and enhancement. Crucially, you can demonstrate problem-solving skills and work as a team to deliver effective solutions and service excellence. You will have a passion for technology and helping people.
