Some later days if the customer needs. But generally TechOne is quite flexible with hours. Hybrid working arrangements which is nice.

Whilst we are in training we need to be in the office at all times, however, once training is complete and you're comfortable to work from home then you can work from home 2 days a week. You can also start earlier or later depending on what suits your needs as long as you get your 40 hours in a week.

The company is very flexible! I wasn't used to a 9am-5pm shift (I'm a morningbird), and when I spoke about it with Asha she agreed that I could work earlier and finish a little earlier!
