We are looking for experienced Resident Services to join our team in Independent Living Selwyn Village in Point Chevalier.
Reporting to the Resident Relationship Manager, and working closely with hospitality and home services staff, you will ensure our Elders are provided with a professional quality serviceyou will be responsible for providing a vibrant, warm, welcoming and quality environment for our Elders, their families and visitors which reflects the Foundation's values.

Specific duties include:

• providing resident induction programmes
• undertaking welfare visits
• updating resident database
• welcoming back returning residents
• assisting with the delivery of optional services (e.g. room service/meal delivery, wellness checks, medication administration)
• assist with transportation on site
• on-site first responder duties
• general administration

Available shifts:

• Saturday and Sunday - 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
• Monday to Sunday - 5.00 pm – 10.30 pm

If you have a passion for customer service, display strong interpersonal skills and have proven experience working in healthcare, administration, retail or hospitality then we want to hear from you.

• Understanding the needs of our Elders and delivering service excellence
• A fun-loving personality with a positive attitude
• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Competent in MS Office
• A high standard of personal presentation
• High energy, enthusiasm and a team player
• Empathetic and caring nature
• Previous experience in caregiving would be advantageous
