Career Prospects at The Warehouse Group

A lot of opportunities to learn and grow

For future roles, it will be great with the job experience but I believe there wont be much development in my role as after the internship is done there isn't room for us to be employees. This is a shame but i may be able to potentially land another role in this great business.

After displaying competency I was offered a full time job which I turned down as I already had secured a graduate role. If your a competent hard worker and know how to get along with your colleagues well moving up or receiving better benefits is realistic

Was the opportunity to get a further job

Haven't received one yet but the current system that we have seems to be quite good

Plenty of opportunities to move into new roles, need to prove you are a hard worker and can learn on the go
