As an Intern I applied through AUT. I did an interview with AUT staff. Then I interviewed directly with a member of the department. I was then offered a job on the condition I passed a background check.

What are my thoughts on the agile model? What do I expect to get out of the work? How do I plan to commute to work? What skills would I describe as my strengths and weakness? What type of work environment do I like?

Lots of personal questions, what I enjoy doing, what I do in my spare time etc. A few questions that were directly relating to my CV

Be yourself

Make sure you understand the location and traffic commitments, because it is quite a difficult location coming from certain ways.

Be open and honest. Understand the agile model and make sure it suits your work style.

Find what you are passionate about and be clear on why you want to work for the largest retailer in NZ.

Just go in confident and don't be too nervous. Just brush up on the job description and see if you have the skills required to fulfill the role
