We have some exciting news! Due to internal promotions, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter with solid recruitment coordination experience to join our amazing Talent team! Ultimately, we like to have fun as a team while delivering an excellent experience to our candidates and hiring managers, and this position plays a pivotal role in helping us deliver that.

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to support activity associated with the implementation of the talent sourcing and recruitment strategies for T+T Group. Ideally, you will have a 1-2 years of experience or super passionate about Human Resources and Talent and understand the fast-paced nature of what we do. You will be engaging and energetic, and have an inherent desire to provide a superb candidate experience.   

What will you be doing?

You will be assisting with Graduate recruitment and all end-to-end talent sourcing which includes; drafting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating background checks, arranging candidate interviews, being a key point of contact for hiring managers across the business and facilitating onboarding and candidate checks. In this role, you'll gain a breadth of experience in employment branding, social media strategy, continuous improvement, and project work.

The basics:

  • Experience or education in an HR or Recruitment role would be advantageous, however we are also open to administration experience
  • You will assist with managing end-to-end processes and build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Key part of this role will support the recruitment team with day-to-day coordination
  • You need to be a people person and passionate about providing a great candidate experience
  • Natural flair for building rapport with hiring managers business wide
  • Proficient in using an ATS and other reporting tools to generate reports and analyse data would be desirable

About you:

  • 1-2+ years of previous experience in a similar role or really passionate about this field
  • Ideally, tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related area
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skill

Cons

    • Lack of intermediate staff who you can go ask for help without worrying about how busy they are.

    • Everyone is very busy, it can be difficult to find time for non-project related work such as training, career development, discussions etc.

    • The variable workload

    • High stress when projects are due

    • Sometimes, project commitments conflicts and all of a sudden there is a big workload. I also get stressed when some projects have a tight deadline and budget and I have to really push myself to try to deliver within budget.
