They are quite commited to diversity. Its good to work in a workplace where you see women in upper management being a women myself.
T+T top up PCL for permanent employees to full base salary for the 26 weeks for mothers. Mothers are further entitled to take more days of leave (unpaid) including the PCL leave up to 52 weeks. So effectively you can get a year's maternity leave.
The flexible working hour policy also works with taking care of children, I know lots of parents in the company who do part time, and flexible hours so they can pick their kids up from school, etc.,
