My day-to-day responsibilities include quality assurance for different construction projects. A few different responsibilities include sizing ponds, assessing landfills, and infrastructure assessments.

I am involved in multiple projects. It sometimes involved going out to site doing site investigations and supervising contractors. Also, office work such as logging, report writing etc.,

I am seconded to an alliance, where I work on Land development projects for Housing New Zealand. Prepare reports, running analysis, and organizing and carrying out investigations.

I am in a project office as a geotechnical engineer for residential development. I prepare and conduct weekly site investigation work. I analyse investigation data, calculate geotechnical parameters, and prepare geotechnical reports for building consent.

Coding in python, Data Science, Geotechnical Analysis, Stakeholder management, Research etc.

Structural calculations, calculation checks, report writing, structural modelling, attending meetings.

Landfill design, and other landfill related work.

My role is data analyst. I help create data tables, graphs, clean data (data wrangling), and create interactive dashboard.

Administering contract admin (NTCS, payment claims, general emails, and construction observation) and technical design and report writing.

A 50/50 mix of construction observations on site, and design/reporting work in the office

I automate data processing and visualization. Long-term, I have R&D style research projects to work on using Machine Learning.
