I am very satisfied with my pay as a graduate, and will have to see how the annual review of salary is like.

Very good for a grad at my level, compared to other companies in NZ
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2023
Pay at Tonkin Taylor is really good compared to other companies. They even gave us graduates a bonus to help us kick start our career because as everyone knows, students are broke.
Graduate, Christchurch - 04 Oct 2023
I think the pay is one of the highest in the industry

The pay is clearly higher than other competitors in the same space, but yet to see how the progression goes. Australian offers are also significantly higher.

Paid overtime which is great. Base salary is low compared to competitors
Graduate, Auckland - 18 Sep 2019
I'm only a graduate, so it's not clear how the pathway for pay/bonuses work to me yet. There's an annual remuneration review. At the moment, I'm being paid probably what I would put the market rate in NZ, but I'm not really in tune to ascertain that with much confidence. Graduates get a $5000 (pre-tax) graduate assistance lump sum when they join. They get to keep it provided they stay for at least a year. This is very generous.
Graduate, Auckland - 18 Sep 2019
Good remuneration process at the end of the year.
