Your line managers are generally very approachable, and you can rest assured knowing that they will back you and give you what you need if you ever require help.

Placement managers are easy to access. Some business owners (who grads report to and set learning objectives with) are difficult to get a hold of and set objectives with due to low engagement.

Immediate managers are quite good. However, above that within Tactical Engineering are not good and do not value the opinion of their employees.

Very accessible. Some are technical too, so very good mentors and you can ask them for direction when you get stuck. They are onto it with performance feedback.

All the managers I've had during my rotations have been excellent, and the graduate manager is a fantastic asset to the company.

My direct managers have been excellent, and I couldn't have asked for more. Communication is consistently effective, and feedback is two-way.

All managers I've had so far have been great. Especially the graduate team manager! Very down to earth and amazing. As for placement managers, I prefer technical managers as they provide good guidance and can answer your technical questions on the spot. But so far both placement managers I've had have been great, they both provided me with exceptional support and allowed me to excel in my rotations.
