Sustainability at Transpower

There is a whole sustainability group. Big project to recycle glass insulators. Volunteer days to plant trees. Oat milk. Lots of recycling bins with clear labels.

Definitely some areas to improve (e.g. not using so much plastic at job sites!), but our whole focus is on enabling decarbonisation so by virtue of the work we do we are helping too reduce New Zealand's environmental footprint.

We are a leading force facilitating and driving NZ towards the renewable energy transition for Net Zero 2050.
