Working Hours at Transpower

9.2
9.2 rating for Working Hours, based on 20 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Managers expect you to manage your hours (i.e., work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week), so there is a good amount of flexibility when it comes to the hours you choose to work.

We are only expected to work 40 hours a week. You can work more but it's not an expectation. Has the ability to work from home but that's a discussion to have with the manager, highly recommended to come into the office for better engagement and development.

Like the flexibility to WFH a couple of days a week

Transpower has 7am-7pm office hours. They are very flexible as long as you are honest, communicate your whereabouts, and get your work done.

Swings and roundabouts. Some days I work less than 8 hours, other days are longer. Approx. 39-41 hours a week on average. Pretty flexible working arrangements as well.

Very flexible working hours and the option to work up to 2 days a week from home. There are some exceptions to this but overall I like it because it means people are in the office.

pretty flexible. I tend to work more earlier in the week so I can have a chill end of the week. or when I have to dash to an appointment in the middle of the day they are happy if I make hours up another time

The standard is 40 hours a week. Typically 3 days in office and 2 days wfh max. This is negotiable of course and most managers are not very strict with it.

You take a lot of responsibility for how you schedule your hours, so you have a certain amount of freedom when it comes to your working hours. You are expected to work 40 hours per week.
