Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically wealth management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

UBS is looking for ambitious students to join the 2024 Summer Internship Program within the Global Wealth Management business.

You’ll be working in Global Wealth Management. They provide advice-based solutions through products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.

You’ll get to:

• Work on strategic projects that have a real impact on the clients
• Build an understanding of their industry, culture, and strategy
• Establish a network of mentors and business contacts
• Attend educational events that provide extensive exposure to senior leadership

Training & development

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with the experts and learn about the industry, clients and the firm. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts. In your first week, you'll experience a thorough training course that focuses on professional development and the technical skills you'll need for the job. During the remaining 9 weeks of the summer, you'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of the teams.

About you
